How often do you email?

Once a week — usually Thursday morning. Occasionally a second email if a major new product drops or we're running a subscriber-only sale.

Will you share my email?

Never. Your email goes directly into our Shopify customer list and is used only to send you our own newsletter. We don't sell, rent, or swap lists.

How do I unsubscribe?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also reply to any email and ask us to remove you — we handle it manually within a day.

Do I have to be a customer to subscribe?

Nope. The newsletter is free and open — you don't need to have bought anything from Smokerolla to get it.
