I was having a difficult time finding LRC products on a trip from Portland to Redding (I forgot my favorite terpene wraps and some other stuff at home) and someone suggested contacting the company directly. Wound up here and ended up getting my wraps and some other pretty niche stuff that was very up my alley from their website. Talked to Ian who made sure everything was shipped and waiting for me in Redding for the trip home! Great experience, absolutely will be making another bulk order soon.

This is a very nice grinder to have. Way easier than doing it by hand. It grains up the product well and I like the little glass container that holds it. Overall, it’s worth the money and does what it’s supposed to do.

I found a glow in the dark COD zombies ray gun on sale for only $29.99 usd with the discount code. I had hoped for purple but it was sold out. I went with classic red and paid for the 2day shipping. After 3 days of it being in USPS waiting on package i called the support number a lil irate. Got no where, called back and it was the same guy and he knew me by voice (Again, my sincerest apologies). He said he'd look into it and called me back the next day with update. Apparently the parcel guy picked it up from there, but USPS never delivered it. He personally took my package to the post office to replace it at no extra charge and updated the shipping for me. Plus they had gotten more of the purple in so i got that one. Just arrived today and it's amazing!!! Great product and great customer service

Looking for a gift for someone who smokes. Wanted something unique. Googled glass pipes and came upon this company. Very unique. Very pleased with the product and price, but most important was the customer services....from all the texts back and forth with my questions to my curbside deliverance. Great experience! It’s actually the best customer support I have ever had from a vape shop ever. There was a minor issue with one of my orders, but they went well out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied (even though the issue was not technically their fault)! I only discovered Smokerolla about a year ago, but I am a lifetime customer now for sure. They have a wide variety of unique products, their pricing is good and the staff is very knowledge and helpful. 5 Stars all the way!!!

So a few weeks I placed an order with Smokerolla and didn't receive my product due to transportation error. Initially I had difficulty reaching their customer service. Once I did, they more than corrected my experience. They provided the type of customer service that I expect as a patron. I'll be a regular now for sure!

You should call first to see if they have what you need before ordering online. I placed an order on Saturday Apr 11, the following Thursday I get a text saying they didn't have what I wanted. They did offer an alternative instead. I got charged for the item they didn't have by mistake and had till wait awhile for the refund. Due to the wait they still took care of my needs. Customer service was very apologetic with the issue. I would still give them another chance because they realized their mistake and was very willing to correct it.

Great selection of pieces at very good prices. But what I found to be the REAL reason I'm writing this review is the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a brand new business with a brand new concept and their guy Ian (yan) was there with me every step of the way. From updates on my order to just "checking in" to see how things are, Ian gives a whole new meaning to the word customer service. I almost can't wait for my next order just so we can have a chat hahaha. But wait, Ian will probably call and check in way before that :).
