Spawned out of a Southern California attic in the summer of 2012, BlackCraft’s inception was the collaborative brainchild of Jim Somers and Bobby Schubenski. The duo began with a sparse one hundred dollar investment in their pockets and a singular idea to motivate people in a positive light outside of the realms of organized religion. An idea that has manifested and grown, reaching people of all walks of life across the globe.

At BlackCraft, they live by the ethos of kindness, gratitude, and positivity. They celebrate self-empowerment, self-expression, and all aspects of life that encourage personal freedom. Frequently Asked Questions

What is a rolling tray used for?

A rolling tray is a flat, raised-edge surface used to hold and organize your materials while rolling, catching loose bits so nothing goes to waste. The lipped edges keep everything contained and give you a clean, dedicated workspace for prepping and rolling.

What size rolling tray should I get?

Choose a rolling tray size by your setup: small trays are portable and fit a pocket or bag, medium trays suit most home use, and large trays hold a grinder, papers, and accessories at once. Medium is the most popular all-around size.

What are rolling trays made of?

Rolling trays are commonly made of metal, which is durable and easy to wipe clean, along with wood, bamboo, silicone, and plastic options. Metal trays resist warping and clean up quickly, while silicone offers a flexible, non-stick surface that is simple to maintain.
