One octopus came in with a missing tentacle end (sharp). After 10 days of waiting for an order shipping update, the status only changed when I inquired. I also emailed to express my dissatisfaction.
Still no response, so here's a review. Slow processing/shipping, little communication & possible waste if 1/3 is broken, with no one following up on an email.
